GRATITUDE JOURNAL 2019 – Fresh February
“We often take for granted the very things that most deserve our gratitude.” – Cynthia Ozick
Looking through my gratitude journal from February it feels like the month had an unintentional theme of freshening things up. Everything seemed to just come together effortlessly and with the changes we made I think it’ll make for a positive rest of 2019!
Cheers Feb, although you went way too fast you did wonders for our little families future!!
Here are 5 things I am grateful for in February.
☼ Adventure Awaits – My husband came home from work one day with and surprised us with the news that he had booked a trip to New Zealand for us all in August. This is a big deal for a couple of reasons.
It’ll be the first time my husband and children see snow
It’ll be the second time we have taken our children overseas (Our aim is to travel as much as we can with our children)
It’s a tick of our bucket list!
☼ Red Hot Chilli Peppers – Another tick of the bucket list was seeing the Red Hot Chilli Peppers live and they did not disappoint!!
☼ Home improvements – For a long time we have been wanting to bring our outdoor dining inside and create another living area outside for us to entertain in. We finally found furniture we liked and made it happen! Oh and a special thanks to my mum for helping with the garden!!
☼ Blog progress – I reached 500 followers of my blog in February. Words can’t express my gratitude for everyone who follows and interacts with my posts. It’s such an incredible feeling to know I’m having a positive impact on people all around the world.
☼ Healthy eating – I have discovered so many delicious, super healthy dinner ideas since starting the wellness challenge in February. Another bonus it that now I have more time on my hands i’m really enjoying cooking (I never thought it was possible lol)
What happened in February that you’re grateful for?
Thanks for reading and make sure you share your smile with the world today ☮
