Searching For My Inner Zen… Again?

“You are not all over the place, you are in progress.”

Here is a very real, honest catch up on life. If you have been following me since I started my blog, you would know that my blog started of as “Searching for my inner Zen.” As I grew and developed, I changed the name to “Grounding Growth” as an attempt to attract an audience to my blog that could potentially also become future coaching clients. I am still studying to gain my certification in life coaching however I have hit a wall regarding my “niche” and lost the passion I once had to peruse my own business within the industry. Now don’t get me wrong, this is still an option for me in the future but while I figure that out, I want to get back to the thing that makes me truly happy which is blogging. Real, authentic writing that hopefully inspires or at least prompts a smile for others. The ironic part of my journey is that I am STILL “Searching for my Inner Zen” and while my idea of Inner Zen isn’t mastering yoga skills or becoming best friends with Gandhi there is still a sense of finding balance and purpose in the world that keeps me on this journey.

So welcome back to my happy place where I share my thoughts on anything from daily life to the current phase of the moon (yes i’m one of those people lol!) What is most important is that it is your destination for some unfiltered, light reading that will make your day a little happier.

Thank you for reading and make sure you share your smile with the world today. ♡
