“Every new beginning comes from some other beginning’s end.”
It has been a whirlwind of a month and as we reach the end I am leaving behind what has been perhaps the most consistent part of my life for the last 7 years, my job.
I recently accepted redundancy which triggered a roller coaster of emotions that inevitably left me feeling mentally exhausted.
So why am I writing this post? Well this news has been a reminder to me that change is inevitable and we have to be open to it. Our thoughts are the key to how we view different situations and are ultimately what set us free.
So while I have felt uncertainty in this change I’m ready for whatever it brings. One thing I can be sure of is my passion for writing and becoming a life coach has been reignited and most importantly I cant wait to be a happier, more present mum and wife to my little family.
